By installing or using the Meta Ads Enhancements Disabler Chrome extension ("the extension") you agree to these terms. The extension is provided free of charge, as-is, and with no warranties.
What the extension does
It is a Chrome extension that automates clicking UI toggles inside Meta Ads Manager to turn off Meta's "Advantage+" creative enhancements. It performs only actions a human user could perform manually in the same UI. It does not use the Meta Marketing API, does not bypass authentication, and does not modify Meta's servers in any way.
"As-is" — no warranty
The extension is provided without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that:
- It will work on every Meta Ads Manager version or layout.
- Every enhancement category will be detected on every ad.
- Meta will not change their UI in a way that breaks the extension temporarily.
- Disabling enhancements will improve (or maintain) your ad performance.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you do with your Meta ad accounts. The extension is a tool. If you click Disable Enhancements and Meta later flags your account or your ad performance changes, that is between you and Meta. Use the Undo button within 60 seconds of a run to revert changes if needed.
We strongly recommend testing the extension on a single ad before running it across a bulk of drafts.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, ad performance, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, the total liability for any claim related to the extension shall not exceed the amount you have paid for it (zero, since the extension is free).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension code without the developer's permission.
- Use the extension to violate Meta's own Terms of Service or any applicable law.
- Use the extension on accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to manage.
Optional donations
The Buy me a coffee button in the extension popup opens a third-party donation page (Ko-fi). Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and don't grant you any extra features at this time. If a paid tier is added in the future, these terms will be updated and existing users will be notified before any change takes effect.
Not affiliated with Meta
The extension is an independent third-party tool. It is not developed, endorsed, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any of their products. "Meta", "Facebook", "Advantage+", "Ads Manager" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only descriptively.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
